Important: PEGGA stores all ride data, statistics, goals and settings locally on your device. Toralle does not store ride data on external servers. Data deletion is immediate and done directly on the device.
Delete Local Data (All Users)
All ride data, history, goals and settings are stored only on your device. To delete:
Clear in the app
PEGGA → More → System → Clear Data → choose "Clear All"
Uninstall
Uninstalling PEGGA automatically removes all locally stored data
Cancel subscription
Google Play → Subscriptions → PEGGA → Cancel (if applicable)
Data deleted when uninstalling:
Delete Server Data (Veiklo/TVDE Smart Fleet Drivers Only)
Only for partner fleet drivers. If you validated your license through Veiklo or TVDE Smart, the following data may be stored on the fleet operator's server:
- Email address
- Phone number
- NIF (Portuguese tax number)
- Vehicle plate number
- Device identifier
If you did not use Veiklo validation, no data of yours exists on any external server and you do not need to fill out the form below.
Request Server Data Deletion
Request processed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
Warning: Deleting your Veiklo server data will deactivate free access to PEGGA Premium through the fleet. You can continue to use PEGGA with a paid subscription via Google Play.
